What this site collects
Two things. Google Analytics records how the site is used, and we hold whatever you choose to send us. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

The website
Google Analytics, and nothing else from outside.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read, how people find the site, and
where they stop. It loads a script from Google and sets two cookies on this domain,
_ga and _ga_QFSN8ZQV75, which let it tell a
returning visitor from a new one. They last up to two years unless you clear them.
It records the pages you view, the site or search that sent you here, your approximate location to the city, your device and browser, and four things you do on the page: which booking buttons you press, whether you use the calculator, whether you start the contact form, and which questions you open. It does not record the numbers you enter in the calculator or anything you type into the form. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
Advertising features are off. The data is not linked to Google Ads or to anyone's Google account, it is not shared with other Google products, and it is kept for fourteen months. If you would rather not be counted, block cookies for this site in your browser or use a content blocker. Everything on the site works the same either way.
Everything else the site loads, fonts included, comes from this domain. The calculator does its arithmetic in your browser.
When you arrive, the site notes in your browser's session storage which site sent you and which page you landed on. If you send the contact form, that note goes with it, so we know how you found us. It is deleted when you close the tab.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. We do not analyze them or use them to identify visitors.
When you contact us
What we hold, and for how long.
If you get in touch, whether through the form on the contact page, by email or by phone, we hold your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your business. The form posts to this domain and is emailed to us. It does not pass through a form service, and it carries the note of how you found the site described above. We email a confirmation to the address you give, with a link to book a time. To stop the form being used to send mail to someone else's address, we keep a scrambled copy of each address we confirm to for 24 hours, and nothing else about it. If you go on to book an assessment, we hold the notes and recording from the call and the document we write from them.
We use it to reply to you and to do the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else for their own purposes. It is never used to train a model that anyone outside Maseron can query.
Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Client material is kept while we are working together and for six years afterward, which is the period business records generally need to be retained for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we will do it. Email team@maseron.com.
Calls and texts
If you call or text us.
Calls and texts to (614) 490-1203 go through our phone provider, Quo, which keeps a record of each call and message: the numbers, the time, and the text of any message.
We text only people who have contacted us first, to reply to them and to confirm a call they've booked. No marketing texts. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. The terms say more.
Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else sees it
The services we run on.
We use Google Workspace for email and file storage, Google Analytics for the usage figures described above, Cal.com for booking the fifteen minutes, Quo for our phone line, and a payment processor to take the assessment fee. Each holds data under its own terms because we use its software. If you book a time, you do it on Cal.com's own site, which then holds your name, your email and the time you pick. We do not give anyone your information for their own marketing.
We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by the processor; nothing about your card reaches us or this website.
Your material
If we build something for you.
Anything we build runs in your own accounts, on your own infrastructure. Your business data stays yours and stays with you. We hold access so we can run and maintain it, and you can revoke that access at any time and keep the system.
We do not reuse one client's material for another, and we do not use it as an example anywhere without asking first.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is one that matters to anyone we already hold data for, we will email them rather than rely on this page.
