Fifteen minutes to find out if there's anything here.

Then an hour to find out what it's costing you. You'll come off the free call knowing which of your workflows is the most expensive.

Step one

Free

Fifteen minutes.

A short call. You describe a normal week, we ask questions, and at the end we tell you one of two things:

“There's something here.”

We'll name the workflow that looks most expensive and roughly what a full diagnosis would involve.

“There isn't.”

Or not enough to be worth either of us spending an hour on. Which happens, and fifteen minutes is the whole cost of finding out.

We won't pitch on this call. There's nothing to pitch yet, because we haven't seen anything.

Step two

$997

One hour on a call, and a written diagnosis after it.

The hour is questions only. You walk us through how the work moves, start to finish, including the parts that stall and the parts someone invented because the official way was slower. We don't propose anything during it. Picking a fix live is guessing, and guessing is how people end up with software they stop opening.

We build the arithmetic with you on the call, out of your numbers rather than ours: hours a week, what that time costs loaded, what the delays and rework cost, what breaks first if volume doubles.

Then the work happens after the call, against the recording, where there's time to find the patterns nobody catches live.

What you get

A written document, yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

  1. 01

What your operation actually looks like end to end, as described on the call: the steps, the handoffs, the places the same information gets entered twice.

  2. 02

The cost of the worst of it, in dollars a year, built from the numbers you gave us.

  3. 03

Three to five opportunities ranked by what they’re worth, ahead of whatever is easiest or most impressive to build. Each one says what kind of fix it needs: a process change, a plain automation, or an AI agent doing the work.

  4. 04

A four-day plan you can start on Monday, the quick wins broken into one per day, including the parts you can do yourself without us. You should feel something change inside a week, not a quarter.

  5. 05

A sequence for the rest, what to fix first, what to fix after, what to leave alone.

The limit of it

It's a triage. It finds the expensive things and puts numbers on them. It is not a complete map of your operation, and we won't describe it as one.

Your account of how the business runs and your team's account of how the work happens are reliably different. Not because anyone's lying, but because the workarounds people invent to get through the day don't travel upward. Systems designed from the owner's version get quietly routed around. Systems designed from the floor-level version get used.

An hour with you gives us your version. It's enough to find where the money is going and to tell you what's worth fixing. It is not enough to design a system on.

So if we build something, that starts with time in front of the people doing the work, before anything gets designed. That's part of the build, not part of this hour, and anyone who tells you a single call is enough to architect from has skipped the step that determines whether the thing gets used.

Why it isn't free

The fifteen minutes are free. The diagnosis isn't, and there are two reasons.

It's a real piece of work.

An hour on the call, several more afterward going through it properly, and a document at the end that someone else could act on without us. A fee small enough to be painless would be describing something smaller than what this is.

The fee is doing something for you.

We take a small number of these at a time. Charging for them is how we make sure the people we're sitting with have actually decided to change something, rather than collecting opinions. If you go ahead with the build, it comes off the price entirely.

What it costs

$997
One payment, before the assessment call. That's the whole price.
Credited
In full. If you go ahead with the build, the whole fee comes off it, so for anyone who proceeds the assessment cost nothing.
Yours
Either way. If you read the document and decide to do it yourself, or to do nothing, that's a legitimate outcome and the work is still yours.
Five days
The document is in your hands within five business days of the call. If something means it will take longer, you hear that from us before the deadline, not after it.
Refunded
If we don't find at least five hours a week worth reclaiming, you get the full $997 back, without an argument. Five hours a week is 260 hours a year.

What happens after

Nothing automatically. The assessment ends with the document, and the document is finished whether or not you ever speak to us again.

If there's something worth building, we'll scope and price it from what we found. That is the only honest order to do it in. Quoting a build before the diagnosis means quoting a guess, and it means comparing prices for work nobody has defined yet.

If we build it, we run it for you: the system lives in your accounts, on your infrastructure, and you can take it back or take it over whenever you want. Being managed is a service you're choosing, not a dependency we've created.

Before you book

Questions people actually ask.

Is my business too small for this?

Probably not, and headcount is the wrong test. What matters is how often the same job comes round. A seven-person insurance agency processing two hundred renewals a month has far more removable work than a fifteen-person builder running six jobs at a time. Roughly five to fifty people is the range, but if one person does the same thing twenty times a week, there is something here.

What if you look and find nothing worth fixing?

Then we say so, and you keep the document anyway. That is a legitimate outcome and we would rather reach it than talk you into a build. If we cannot find at least five hours a week worth reclaiming, you get the $997 back.

Why is the assessment not free?

The fifteen minutes are. The assessment is an hour on a call, several more afterwards going through it properly, and a written document someone else could act on without us. A fee small enough to be painless would be describing something smaller than that. It also means the people we sit with have decided to change something rather than collect opinions.

Do I have to buy anything afterwards?

No, and nothing happens automatically. The assessment ends with the document, and the document is finished whether or not you speak to us again. If there is something worth building we will scope and price it then, from what we found.

Do you need access to my systems?

Not for the assessment. The hour is questions only — you walk us through how the work moves and we build the arithmetic with you on the call. Access only comes up if you go ahead with a build, and then it lives in your accounts, not ours.

I do not know anything about AI. Is that a problem?

No. The assessment is about your operation, not about technology. We look at which work repeats, what it costs, and what should change. Sometimes the answer involves AI, sometimes it is a process change with no software at all, and often the most valuable answer is that a job should stop being done.

How quickly do I get the document?

Within five business days of the call. If something means it will take longer, you hear that from us before the deadline rather than after it.

Find out what your week is costing you.

Fifteen free minutes. You'll leave knowing which workflow costs you most and whether AI can take any of it.

If you already know you want the full thing, say so in the email and we'll skip straight to the assessment.
